Trabalhando a quest\u00e3o racial e econ\u00f4mica o Instituto Mangar\u00e1 trouxe para incubar a Rede Kilof\u00e9 de Economia de Negras e Negros do Estado do Cear\u00e1. \u00c9 um coletivo de produtoras e produtores\u00a0 – em sua grande maioria , mulheres\u00a0 de artes\u00e3s –\u00a0 que produzem bens,artes e servi\u00e7os. Articulam-se\u00a0 em torno de feiras e outras formas coletivas de comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>
